Description

The spray modules are screwed onto the front of the body of the application head and are responsible for regulating the flow of hot-melt adhesive. On the inside, there is a piston, with a nozzle needle that can open or close the flow of adhesive. In the case of the B200, the module is opened using compressed air, and the compression spring closes automatically when the compressed air is switched off. 

The modules of the B200 series enable a controlled, surface-covering and relatively sharp-edges spray application, as the adhesive emerging from the nozzle is set in a spiral movement by a targeted swirling with compressed air. 

描述

喷涂模块用螺钉固定在喷涂头主体的前部，负责调节热熔胶的流量。内部有一个活塞，带有喷嘴针可以打开或关闭粘合剂的流动。对于B200，模块使用压缩空气打开，压缩空气关闭时压缩弹簧自动关闭。
